Shipping Information

All orders are made, processed and shipping from New York. The shipping rate varies depending on your order total and shipping options.
Our shipping fees cover processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchased, and delivering them to you. Most products are shipped from our location to arrive within five business days of when you placed your order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in providing you with high quality products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. After 14 days have passed I cannot replace or refund your purchase.  Please note that all sale items and custom pieces are final-sale, and cannot be returned.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.  Products must be shipped with all of their original shipment packaging, including cardboard backing, to be eligible for a refund.

Before returning your item please send me an email at jonesey@butlerandblakely.com referencing your order number, and giving me a brief description as to why you are making the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for your item. Once your items are received, and your return is approved the merchandise cost will be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment.
